Subscription Terms

This translation is provided for information only. The French version is legally binding. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES AGREEMENT

Under this agreement, on the one hand:

Menvisual SARL, located at Murtenstrasse 24, 2502 Bienne, hereinafter referred to as the PROVIDER.

 

ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE

This agreement covers the provision of grooming services under a monthly membership offered by the PROVIDER.

 

ARTICLE 2 – PLANS AND SERVICES

The CLIENT subscribes to the Haircut and Beardplan, comprising the following monthly services:

  • Haircut and Beard Membership. Haircuts and beard trims as often as you like.

 

ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT

Payment will be made automatically via the Stripeplatform, for an amount of CHF 77.90, renewed every month until cancellation.

 

ARTICLE 4 – USE AND BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

  • The CLIENT must book appointments via the Salonkeeplatform.

  • Services included in the plan cannot be combined.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • The maximum tolerance for lateness is 15 minutes.

 

ARTICLE 5 – TERM AND TERMINATION

  • The membership is automatically renewed every 30 days.

  • Cancellation must be notified with a minimum notice period of 30 days.

  • Non-payment will result in the automatic suspension of services.

 

ARTICLE 6 – GENERAL TERMS

  • The membership is personal and non-transferable.

  • Any use exceeding the plan will be charged separately, according to the pricing in force.

In witness whereof, the parties sign this agreement.
